Hi my name is Evan Miller. I have lived in East Tennessee all my life. My art has always been inspired by the current films being made, more specifically the realistic CGI being produced. Animation is my artistic vehicle that I use to explore the visuals I am most curious to create.

The animation I find most impactful is the kind that feels realistically grounded with weight and fluid motion. I am always curious about how I can solve the manner of which an object can move through 3D space in a way that suspends disbelief. The rhythm of the movement, and how dynamic I can make the balance of a character play a critical role in my work. Utilizing these elements in the animation and watching a character come to life is my favorite part of the process.

When I am not working, I am usually cooking for family and friends or watching my cat Mako spin in circles. Animation is also a huge part of my life outside of my work because it helps me relax and get creative energy for my future work. My future plans are to continue Developing my craft and pursue opportunities that develop me as a creative.
